远程定制如何运作

你不需要到场。我们通过 WhatsApp / 邮件 / 语音，用结构化节点推进：需求 → 看料 → 设计 → 制作 → 交付。

第 1 步 · 咨询

沟通需求

用途（佩戴 / 礼赠 / 收藏）、形制偏好、预算区间、时间要求与配送地区。此阶段免费交流，不构成订单。

第 2 步 · 选料

远程看料

提供候选料的多角度照片 / 视频，说明种水色与可见特征（棉、色带等），并给出匹配建议。你确认意向料后再进入设计。

第 3 步 · 设计

形制与细节确认

尺寸、造型、镶嵌意向（如有）、留皮与题材等。关键参数书面确认后锁定。

第 4 步 · 制作

工艺与节点更新

按确认方案制作；重要节点可发送进度影像。复杂改动可能影响工期与费用（见须知）。

第 5 步 · 交付

核验与配送

成品核对后安排国际配送；包装、保险与运费方案在发货前确认。

周期说明

多数项目约 3–6 周（自设计确认且定金到账起算）。加急、复杂镶嵌、特殊检测或物流高峰可能延长，会在沟通中提前说明。

You don’t need to be on-site. Via WhatsApp / email / voice we move through clear milestones: brief → select → design → craft → deliver.

Step 1 · Consult

Share your brief

Use case (wear / gift / collect), form preferences, budget range, timing, and shipping region. Conversation at this stage is free and not an order.

Step 2 · Select

Remote stone review

Multi-angle photos/video of candidates, with notes on texture, water, color, and visible features (cotton, banding). You confirm intent before design locks in.

Step 3 · Design

Form & details

Size, shape, setting intent (if any), skin retention, motif. Key specs are confirmed in writing.

Step 4 · Craft

Making & updates

Work follows the agreed plan; milestone images when useful. Major changes may affect timeline and fees (see Terms).

Step 5 · Deliver

Check & ship

After final review we arrange international shipping; packaging, insurance, and freight confirmed before dispatch.

Timeline

Most projects take about 3–6 weeks from design confirmation and deposit. Rush work, complex settings, optional testing, or peak shipping seasons may extend this—we’ll flag it early.

Coarse ranges for conversation only. Not a fixed price list. Actual quotes depend on stone, craft, and setting.

费用与定金：定金比例通常在总额的 30%–50%（占位说明，以书面确认为准）。余额节点见定制须知。
