1. 咨询与订单成立

初步咨询（用途、预算、科普问答）不构成订单，也不产生制作义务。订单在以下条件满足后成立：双方确认料与设计要点、费用与定金比例、周期预估，且定金已按约定支付。

2. 天然材质与个体差异

翡翠为天然矿物集合体，可能存在色带、棉絮、纹理、微小裂隙等特征。我们会在选料阶段尽量披露可见特征；屏幕显示与实物质感仍可能有差异。天然差异本身不构成「质量不合格」，除非与事先书面承诺的关键条件明显不符。

3. 制作周期

典型周期约 3–6 周，自设计确认且定金到账起算。实际工期受材质、工艺复杂度、镶嵌、检测与物流影响。若预计明显超出约定区间，我们会主动告知并协商。

4. 费用、定金与余额

• 报价以书面确认为准；网站上的预算区间仅为沟通参考，不是固定价目。
• 定金比例通常为项目总额的 30%–50%（占位说明；以该项目书面约定为准）。
• 余额支付节点（例如发货前结清）在确认单中写明。
• 因客户原因长期搁置导致的成本变化，可能需要重新报价。

5. 设计改动

设计确认前的合理调整通常可协商。确认后的重大改动（形制、尺寸、镶嵌方案、换料等）可能产生额外费用与工期延长；未开工或可回收成本范围内的处理方式，按该项目约定执行。

6. 配送与风险

国际配送的承运方式、运费、保险与清关责任在发货前确认。收件信息需由客户提供并保证准确。运输途中的保险范围以所购保险与承运条款为准；未投保部分的风险分担在确认单中说明。

7. 检测与证书

若项目包含第三方检测，我们会说明拟委托的机构类型与报告大概范围。检测结论以报告正文为准。网站与口头介绍不构成鉴定证书。未包含检测的项目，我们不会暗示「已认证」。

8. 服务范围与限制

• 服务以远程定制与科普沟通为主；不承诺即时到店体验（除非另行安排）。
• 不提供虚构评价、虚假产地或虚假处理状态等宣传。
• 因不可抗力（自然灾害、政策管制、重大物流中断等）导致的延误，双方协商处理。

1. Consultation vs. order

Early consultation (use case, budget, education) is not an order and creates no production obligation. An order forms when both sides confirm stone and design essentials, fees and deposit ratio, estimated timeline—and the deposit is paid as agreed.

2. Natural materials & variation

Jadeite is a natural aggregate and may show banding, cotton, texture, or fine fissures. We disclose visible features during selection; screen display may still differ from the physical piece. Natural variation alone is not a defect unless it clearly conflicts with key written commitments.

3. Timeline

Typical timeline is about 3–6 weeks from design confirmation and deposit. Actual duration depends on material, complexity, setting, testing, and logistics. If we expect a material overrun, we will notify you and discuss options.

4. Fees, deposit & balance

• Quotes are those confirmed in writing; on-site budget bands are conversation aids, not fixed menus.
• Deposits are typically 30%–50% of the project total (placeholder range; the written deal for that project governs).
• Balance milestones (e.g. paid before shipping) are stated on the confirmation.
• Long client-side pauses that change costs may require a revised quote.

5. Design changes

Reasonable adjustments before design lock-in are usually negotiable. Major changes after confirmation (form, size, setting plan, stone swap) may add fees and time. Treatment of unstarted or recoverable costs follows that project’s agreement.

6. Shipping & risk

Carrier, freight, insurance, and customs responsibilities are confirmed before dispatch. You provide accurate recipient details. Insurance coverage follows the purchased policy and carrier terms; allocation of uninsured risk is stated on the confirmation.

7. Testing & certificates

If a project includes third-party testing, we state the lab type and approximate report scope. Conclusions rest on the report text. Website and verbal descriptions are not certificates. Untested projects will not be implied as “certified.”

8. Scope & limits

• Service is primarily remote bespoke and education; in-person visits are not assumed unless arranged.
• We do not invent testimonials, fake origins, or false treatment status.
• Delays from force majeure (severe weather, policy controls, major logistics outages, etc.) are handled by mutual discussion.
